The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is considering the possibility of using electronic notifications to invite conscripts to military commissariats. Defense Minister Rustem Umyerov told about this in an interview with Suspilno.
According to the minister, first, information about conscripts will be collected and divided into categories, such as conscript, military serviceman or veteran. Next, it will be discussed whether these categories of men will be invited for military service or not. The minister emphasized that this is a complex process that requires detailed discussion.
According to Umerov, men will receive electronic invitations both in Ukraine and abroad. If a decision is made by category, an invitation will be sent to all representatives of those categories.
The minister also added that the Ministry of Defense is working on technical solutions to make this process high-quality and civilized.
