The National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) declared suspicion of the husband of the People's Deputy from the "servant of the people" Irina Kormyshkina. He is accused of legalization of property acquired by his wife illegally, as well as in non -policy of property. This was reported by NABU on January 23.
In 2021-2022, the deputy acquired more than 20 million hryvnias, which significantly exceeded its official income and savings. Subsequently, these funds were transferred to her husband in the form of a loan, which he used to buy a house near Odessa. The couple is currently living there.
However, neither the deputy nor her husband indicated in the declaration for 2023 the information about the house and the two land they used.
The actions of Kormyshkina's husband are qualified under part 2 of Article 209 ("Legalization (laundering) of property obtained by crime") and part 2 of Article 366-2 ("Declaration of false information") of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In the case of guilt, he faces up to eight years in prison.
This is not the first time that Irina Kormyshkin is accused of corruption. In October last year, NABU and SAP were told about suspicion of illegally acquiring 20 million hryvnias. Subsequently, the deputy was taken on bail by the head of the "servant of the people" faction David Arahamia and the head of the Nikolaev ova Vitaliy Kim.
In addition, a few weeks ago, Kormyshkin was suspected of non -policy of property.
Yuriy Kormyshkin is the owner of the PACE Agro Holding, a former deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council. In the past, he represented the Party of Regions, and after the Maidan he was elected from the party "Our Territory", which is now forbidden due to relations with the state -owned community Andriy Derkach.
Last year, Kormyshkin made his powers ahead of time as a deputy of the regional council.
