On June 1, energy facilities in the territory of Ukraine became the object of the missile strike, the Minister of Energy Herman Galushchenko said. The attack concerned objects in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kirovograd and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
"We are currently clarifying the consequences. Our experts have already started eliminating the consequences of these attacks," he added.
The hostile attack included percussion drones and winged missiles, which, according to preliminary data, were launched from T-95MS aircraft.
The head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration Ivan Fedorov informed that at night large -scale attacks of Russian troops were directed to Zaporozhye. "One of the energy facilities has been damaged. There are destroyed buildings and damage to more than 20 residential buildings and social institutions," he added.
Also, the chairman of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration Andriy Raykin reported on the defeat of one of the energy facilities in their region. Fortunately, according to preliminary data, there are no victims, and all the necessary services are already at the scene.
