The National Anti -Corruption Agency (NAPC) has summoned the Chairman of the Gambling and Lottery (Drafts) Chairman Ivan Rudy to their premises to get acquainted with the administrative offense protocol. The agency reported on its official page.
In case of non -arrival of the head of the Drots on the call, the NACC intends to draw up a protocol on an administrative offense on the basis of available materials with a mark on the refusal of signing.
Specific violations recorded in the protocol include failure to notify the real conflict of interest and take action or make decisions in the conditions of real conflict of interest, which are provided for in Article 172-7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Code of Administrative Offenses).
In the case of ignoring the invitation, the chairman of the Kilil Rudy was notified of the need to appear in the NAPC on January 3, 2024 from 10:00 to 15:00 to familiarize with the protocol.
