The Ukrzaliznytsia railway company has introduced a new service for servicemen, which allows them to order tickets, even if the routes are already exhausted.
This was reported by the carrier's press service. Special ticket ordering service is available on the 17 most popular trains for the military, including those aimed at cities close to the war zone.
In order to order a ticket, you must leave the application on the portal for at least six hours before the train departure, and then pay the ticket at the cash desk no later than an hour before departure.
The chairman of the board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” Yevgeny Lyashchenko shared his opinion on the innovation: “From now on, servicemen can buy a travel document even in cases of sudden trips, such as treatment, business trip or visiting relatives during a long -awaited vacation, even if the whiteness has already been purchased.
