Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that ex-President Donald Trump promised not to provide financial support to Ukraine in the event of his return to the White House.
"He has a clear vision that it is difficult to disagree with. He says the following: first, the Ukrainian-Russian war will not receive any financial support from it. Therefore, the war will end, because it is obvious that Ukraine will not be able to continue the war on its own," Orban explained.
According to the Hungarian Prime Minister, if the US is not provided with financial support, Europe will also not be able to provide sufficient funding for Ukraine, and then the war will end.
Orban also noted that Trump has quite detailed plans for the end of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which coincide with the interests of Hungary. However, he noted that he had no right to disclose these plans.
Earlier, Orban met with Trump in Florida, where they discussed various issues related to Hungary and the United States, in particular, the importance of strong borders to protect each country's sovereignty.
After the meeting, Orban fascinated Trump, claiming that his return to power would make the world better. In turn, Trump also noted the leadership qualities of Orban, calling him a "fantastic leader."
