The first lady attracted a new partner for charity in Ukraine

The Foundation of the First Lady of Ukraine, headed by Olena Zelenska, has attracted a new partner for cooperation - Open Society Foundations, which is headed by the well-known public figure Oleksandr Soros. During the meeting, representatives of both foundations signed a partnership memorandum, which provides for a charitable contribution of 1 million US dollars.

Olena Zelenska shared her impressions of the new partnership on her Instagram, noting that this support will allow scaling up the foundation's projects. The main emphasis in the work of the foundation is on socialization, recreation and improvement of mental health of children, in particular those who are brought up in large foster families in the frontline, de-occupied and affected regions of Ukraine.

"For more than a year of work, my foundation has united philanthropists and philanthropists from 25 countries around the world to help Ukraine. And we are glad that we managed to attract a new partner," the first lady wrote.

The charitable contribution in the amount of 1 million US dollars is intended to expand and support charitable initiatives aimed at helping vulnerable categories of children. Representatives of both foundations expressed hope that this cooperation will lead to positive changes in the lives of children and their families.

It is important to note that the First Lady's Foundation has already successfully implemented numerous social support projects, and the new partnership will provide an opportunity to influence social issues in Ukraine even more effectively.
