Russia buys them on the open market and imports through China. Manufacturers indicate China, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand.
The expert interviewed by the newspaper says that the shots of the impact leave "absolute doubts" that it was X-101, and there is no evidence that it was knocked down by the air defense rate.
