The South Korea government initiated the transfer of special equipment for demining the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. This was made possible by the assistance of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Korea.
According to RBC-Ukraine, the Embassy report states that “the Government of the Republic of Korea has transferred 10 vehicles to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for demining as humanitarian assistance”.
The equipment made by the Croatian company "Dok-Ing" has already arrived at the destination and will be distributed among the units of the SES, which are involved in the humanitarian demining of the de-enclosed territory of Ukraine.
Ukraine expressed gratitude to the South Korea government for their equipment and expressed hope for further support.
Recall that due to Russian invasion and active fighting, Ukraine has become one of the most replaced countries in the world. Earlier, Switzerland and Norway have also already assisted Ukraine for demining, confirming their support in the country's safety efforts.
