The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted draft law No. 9319, which provides for the retroactive cancellation of tax increases for individual entrepreneurs. In particular, it is about changing the date of introduction of new tax rates from October 1, 2024 to January 1, 2025. Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, announced this.
- Taxation of gig contracts for Diya.City residents:
- The regulations, which provided for the deprivation of the preferential rate of personal income tax (PIT) of 5% for specialists, if the number of employees at a Diya.City resident is less than nine people, have been canceled.
- Postponement of new tax regulations:
- The introduction of increased tax rates for sole proprietorships and single tax legal entities has been postponed to 2025.
- Benefits for entrepreneurs:
- Until the end of the war, entrepreneurs are exempt from fines for not submitting reports on controlled foreign companies (CFCs).
- Rent:
- Rent rates for kaolin mining have been reduced.
