A relative of the author of the "mobilization lottery" Milovanov left the country

Timothy Milovanov, former Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, known for his ambiguous ideas, recently proposed to mobilize through lottery or draw. According to him, the state could randomly identify the persons who are mobilized, choosing specific days and months to which military service will be entrusted. Such an innovative vision of conscription has caused a wide resonance in society.

However, the situation is complicated by the fact that Milovanov's relatives, including his nephew Pavel Warsaw, recently left for Israel. Pavel Warsaw, like his mother, Marianna Warsawskaya, were registered at the same address as Milovanov - in Kiev on Olesya Ganchar Street.

Marianna Warsawska, according to reports, went to Israel at the beginning of a full -scale war. On her Instagram page, on August 26, 2023, a photo of Tel Aviv was posted, which shows that her son Paul was and her son.

Will all be fighting? _1

The question that arises in society is how Pavel Warsaw was able to leave Ukraine and what his view of the proposal of a relative to mobilize by drawing. Do these proposals really correspond to the real situation in the country, and is it fair that those who promote new approaches to mobilization themselves avoid conscription?
