World diplomacy: Erdogan has been compared to Hussein, and Netanyahu to Hitler

The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed a decisive call for NATO to exclude Turkey from the Alliance after the recent threats of President Recep Taiip Erdogan. In particular, the Turkish leader suggested that Turkey could "enter" Israel, just as she did with Libya and Nagorny Karabakh, which caused an acute reaction from Israel.

This is stated in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, reports "DS" with reference to Times of Israel.

Erdogan's words were called "dangerous rhetoric", perceiving them as threats of invasion of Israel. Therefore, Israeli diplomats were instructed to contact all NATO members and urge Turkey to exclude the Alliance.

Earlier, the Turkish President stated that his country is ready to "enter" Israel, mentioning Libya and Nagirny Karabakh. Reuters wrote that, apparently, Erdogan was referring to Turkey's past operations. In 2020, Turkey sent its military to Libya in support of the UN recognized government of national consent.

However, after these words of the Turkish President, Foreign Minister Israel Katz compared him with the former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.

In Turkey, they did not slow down. They stated that "as Hitler's genocide ended, the genocide [Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin] will end." The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also emphasized that those who seek to destroy the Palestinians will be held accountable, as well as "Nazis-Genocidists".
