The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) has made a demand for the Ukrainian authorities to issue the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Malyuk, whom they are called responsible for terrorist acts in the Russian Federation.
The statement appeared on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia on Sunday, March 31, 2024. The document states that it is the baby who should stand in a series of explosions in the Russian Federation and the occupied regions during 2023-2024.
"The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that the investigative actions conducted by the competent authorities indicate the participation of the baby in these crimes," the statement reads.
It is also noted that the "terrorist attacks with the use of explosive devices", which, according to Russian diplomats, stands Ukraine, they include the death of Russian propagandists Daria Dugina and Vladlen Tatarsky, as well as incidents on the Crimean bridge and in St. Petersburg.
The statement states that the Russian Foreign Ministry requires these requirements within the framework of international conventions for combating bombing terrorism and financing terrorism. She also emphasizes the arrest of the baby by the decision of the Basman Court of Moscow on charges in a terrorist act.
