In Kiev, they plan to digest a traffic system for traffic during a curfew. The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko initiates changes in the algorithm of issuing and controlling these documents. He reported this in Telegram on March 5.
According to the new approach, each pass will be tied to the digital registry, which will be accessed by law enforcement and military structures. Verification will be made using a QR code on each form. The code will be read when checking the transport at night.
“The system that exists now has exhausted itself. Abuse of abuse comes both public and non -public. Updating passes once a year or manually checking is insufficiently controlled, ”Tkachenko explained.
He expressed confidence that the initiative would support both the forces of defense and the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
According to him, such digital decisions have already been successfully implemented in other communities, and Kiev should also use these technologies to eliminate abuse.
