Ukraine is actively preparing for the introduction of microchips and components for high -precision weapons, which promises to become an important step in the development of the national defense industry.
According to information received from the National Industrial Portal, a new program is capable of producing up to 50 thousand circuits on a monthly basis. Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, Valery Ionan, stressed that this would provide the domestic market and create the basis for export.
The revival strategy of the industry includes the formation of a network of Fabless companies aimed at automated circuits, which will allow Ukraine to take an important position in the world semiconductor market. Viceremier-Minister Mikhail Fedorov reported that in 2024 it is planned to develop and present his own Ukrainian chip.
The President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Anatoliy Zagorodniy, emphasized that the institutions of the NAS of Ukraine will actively participate in the production of microelectronics production in the country, which is important for the development and production of components for infrared heads of self -deployment of missiles required for the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
