The Commander of the Naval Forces of Ukraine, Vice-Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa, stated that the operation regarding the gas production platforms in the Black Sea, which the Russians use as observation points, will continue.
"The attack on the towers was carefully prepared, the operation will continue. We cannot allow the enemy to have awareness of the sea, follow our civilian or military ships and generally understand the situation," Neizhpapa emphasized.
According to the vice admiral, attacks on platforms were carried out not only by naval drones, but also by other types of weapons.
Neizhpapa also noted that the Russians have placed special forces on the platforms, who are limited in logistics and receive support exclusively by air with the use of helicopters.
"We will continue to work on such towers," concluded the commander of the Navy.
