France will hand over three Miraage 2000-5F fighters to Ukraine in January 2025, reports Avions Legendaires . The first aircraft must be delivered by January 20.
The fighters were removed from the weapons of the French air-space forces and modified to perform more complex combat tasks. In total, Ukraine can receive about 10 such aircraft, which will significantly increase its military aviation.
According to sources, these planes can already be in Ukraine for training in Ukrainian pilots, which is a key stage of integration of modern aviation equipment.
