The restoration of the site and application lasted 89 hours of continuous work. The company notes that, despite the unprecedented attack on the railway infrastructure, it was possible to prevent the leakage of any information.
"Despite the constant attacks of the enemy on infrastructure, both online and offline, we continue the movement and become even stronger," Ukrzaliznytsia emphasizes.
Recovering online services is an important step in restoring the normal operation of the railway. The company also noted that during the cyberattack no trains were stopped - they continue to run on a schedule.
Controls and CAS are intense in the work of the stations and CAS, and they operate in the usual mode, which ensures the reliability of passengers.
Cybersecurity services, including specialists in the SBU, CERT-UA at the State Secretariat and other partners, continue to work to restore all services, including those directly related to customer service.
