Currently, the people's deputies and government representatives are actively working on the inventory and assembly of the map of objects that can become a place of residence for internally displaced persons (IDPs).
This information was reported by Maxim Tkachenko, Deputy Chairman of the Servant of the People, Member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Human Rights, as well as the co -chair of the NGO "IDPs of Ukraine".
According to Tkachenko, today in almost every community, from small villages and ending with regional centers, a significant number of internally displaced persons live. Therefore, it is very important to carry out an inventory of objects where it is possible to provide residence for displaced persons in different regions of Ukraine.
"The most important task for politicians, heads of government structures and state -owned companies is to inventory buildings and premises in all corners of Ukraine, as they are responsible, and the creation of cartography of these objects. After the end of this stage, we will be able to start the process of relocation of internally displaced persons to new places.
He also noted that the state currently lacks a clear IDP housing program, regardless of whether temporary or permanent residence.
"For two years from the beginning of the full -scale invasion of Russia into the territory of Ukraine, only 46 thousand people, which is less than one percent of the officially registered IDPs, received temporary housing from the state. These figures are not amazed," - said the deputy head of the "servant of the people".
