The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted, with the exception of the People's Deputy Yuriy Boyko (Platform for Life and Peace) from the Committee on Human Rights, Deoccupation and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories, National Minorities and International Relations.
The resolution was supported by 258 people's deputies. The decision was made on the second attempt.
It happened after Boyko posted a video on social networks, where he declared a growing support for his political force among citizens who "suffer from radicals" and "deprived of the opportunity to speak their native language."
His statements were aroused among other people's deputies and the public, which became one of the reasons for the initiative to recall from the profile committee.
