President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his determination not to compromise with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, announcing that he sees no opportunity to negotiate or compromise with Russia or Kremlin manuals.
In an interview with Latin American media, Zelensky emphasized that the basic principle of Putin is that Ukraine is part of Russia, as he implemented it in relation to Belarus, Moldova and Georgia. According to Zelensky, Putin is not interested in Ukraine's independence and is looking for the opportunity to conquer the country.
The President expressed his attitude to possible negotiations, emphasizing that there is no way to conclude a agreement with Putin on the lives of people in the occupied territories. He noted that talking about where and how to live people cannot be the subject of trade.
Zelensky emphasized that the situation now requires defending the rights and freedoms of citizens, assistance and liberation from the occupiers. He stated that the authorities should protect their citizens, and citizens should be ready to participate in the liberation of their land.
Zelensky expressed doubts about the possibility of compromise with Putin, because, according to him, the Russian leader is not interested in stopping the war. The President emphasized that Putin means only two words on the phone for Putin, but he does not.
Recently, information reports have emerged that the US and the EU were discussing the possibility of peace talks with Russia, including possible compromises against Ukraine. However, Zelensky denied these rumors, arguing that no one would press on Ukraine, and that it would not return to the negotiating table until Russia removed its troops.
