After dismissal from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, servicemen are entitled to various social guarantees, cash payments and compensations determined by the law of the country.
Types of payments and compensations that can receive the military after being dismissed in 2025 : compensation for unrestrained property - is paid to all servicemen who are dismissed , except for those who have been served or cadets . To obtain compensation , you must submit a report with a certificate confirming the value of the property. One -time financial assistance - is paid on the basis of the order of the commander of the unit. Assistance for the persons who served for the mobilization period - separate payments for those who performed their duties during mobilization . Compensation for unused vacation - is paid for all unused days of basic and additional leave, including leave for previous years. Recovery assistance - is provided if the serviceman has not received it within a year after his release. Financial assistance for solving social and household issues is a help aimed at improving living conditions after release.
Features of compensation: compensation for unattlated material property is provided after receiving a certificate of the value of the property provided by the military service of the military unit. Compensation for unused vacation is carried out taking into account the salary and other surcharges ( salary for military rank, allowance for service , additional payments). If the compensation for unused additional leave not paid, the serviceman has the right to file an administrative claim in court.
Other types of payments : health servicemen are eligible for compensation of 50 % of monthly cash for each year of service . Soldiers with a service for more than 10 years, dismissed for reasons, such as reaching age, reducing states, organizational measures, can receive compensation. Soldiers who did not receive help for recovery during the year after dismissal may receive payment on the basis of the relevant order of the commander of the unit.
In order to receive all the above payments and compensation, servicemen must submit the relevant documents to the military units or bodies that process such applications .
