European countries insist on its place at the table of negotiations on the termination of the war conducted by Russia against Ukraine. Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, France, Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Poland, Germany and representatives of the European Union have expressed their readiness to strengthen assistance to Ukraine and participate in future negotiations. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on February 12.
“We are ready to strengthen Ukraine's support. We are dedicated to its independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity before the face of the invaders of Russia, ”the diplomats said.
The ministers stressed that Europe will continue to support Ukraine until the reached, comprehensive and sustained peace. They also emphasized that such peace should be in the interests of Ukraine and its European allies.
“We are looking forward to discussing a further journey with American allies. Our common goals should be to ensure the position of force for Ukraine. Ukraine and Europe should participate in any negotiations, ”the statement stated.
In addition, European leaders emphasized the need to provide Ukraine with powerful security guarantees. They emphasized that a fair and sustainable peace in Ukraine is a key condition for strong Euro -Atlantic security.
