Zelenskyi discussed with Tusk cooperation and Poland's future vote in the EU

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk. He announced this in his evening address, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between the two countries and gratitude for the support from Poland.

Zelensky noted that the joint work of Ukraine and Poland is aimed at strengthening both states. "We must continue to work together in this way - so that both our states become stronger," the President of Ukraine emphasized.

During the conversation, the parties discussed the plan of joint work for the coming weeks, as well as for 2025, when Poland will begin the presidency of the European Union. Zelensky expressed confidence that this period will be decisive for strengthening Ukrainian-Polish relations and implementing important initiatives at the EU level.

The President separately thanked the Polish government for its constant assistance and support to Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression. Poland is one of Ukraine's key partner countries, particularly in the military, humanitarian and diplomatic spheres.

Zelenskyi also emphasized the importance of coordination between the governments of both countries to achieve common goals and strengthen security in the region.
