In recent days, there have been many cases of failure through the ice of vehicles for recreation, fishing houses and steering - portable shelters that are used for lean fishing.

About 35 people were rescued from the shallows on the blossoms that were broken, on December 17 near the Red Lake. Two days later, the light plane landed on the ice and escaped into open water. Passengers were not injured, but they had to leave the plane to pick them up later, law enforcement officers reported.

"For most years, the ice was thick enough for vehicles and steering, and we watched a constant procession from them that was heading north," Sheriff Riggs said on Thursday. “But this year is not“ most years old ”.”

On the same day, when warned, two men in the ATV fell under the ice. They were able to get out of water without injuries.
