In the United Kingdom, a registered cargo ship under the Bellysis flag was a victim of an attack near Yemen, in the Babel-Mandab Strait, which is the intersection of the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
The incident happened on Sunday about 35 nautical miles south of Moch's port city on the Yemeni coast. According to the data, the attack occurred during the transition of a vessel from a chorus in the United Arab Emirates to Varna in Bulgaria. During the explosion, which occurred near the vessel, the latter suffered material damage.
The crew was not injured and is safe.
The ship registered in Britain is operated in Lebanon.
Hussites attacks on a ship in the Red Sea have been ongoing for a while. Since November last year, it became familiar that the Yemeni Husvitsa is attacking merchant vessels in the region. In January this year, the attacks gained special intensity.
Recently, the British warship was attacked by Hussites drone in the Red Sea, and then the Yemeni fighters claimed that they attacked the American destroyer. However, this information was denied in the Pentagon.
In response to these constant threats, the United States and Britain conduct surgery to protect navigation against Hussite attacks. Recently, the US military has struck the goals related to Hussites in Yemen, including winged missiles and drones. The United States also intercepted a party of weapons from Iran intended for Hussites in Yemen.
