The UK residents were asked to stock up with water and food for at least three days.
Viceremier-Minister Oliver Douden has presented a new website with advice on protection against various risks, such as bio-protective crises, power outages, floods or pandemics.
Prepare website calls people to stock up with a minimum stock of three liters per person a day, but 10 liters are recommended for a more comfortable level (cooking and hygiene).
It is also recommended to store non -speed products that do not need cooking. The kit should include a canning knife, rechargeable or dynamo and radio, wet wipes and first aid kit.
Oliver Douden stressed that these measures are "smart security measures, not inventory accumulation", and the purpose of the website is to provide "practical information for households on preparation" to the threats specified in the State National Risk Register.
