The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation said that any deployment of NATO troops in Ukraine will "have consequences". Russia also refuses to allow even OSCE observers, claiming that they worked “in favor of Ukraine”.
French President Emmanuel Macron stressed that Russia will not have the right to vote on a peacekeeping mission.
