The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov met in Prague with the Czech Defense Ministry Jana Chernokhova. During the negotiations, the Czech side confirmed that Ukraine's support would remain unchanged and Kiev should not make concessions in possible ceasefire negotiations.
Chernokhov emphasized the importance of further military assistance to Ukraine, including the supply of ammunition and training programs for the Ukrainian military. The Czech Republic has already made a significant contribution to the strengthening of Ukraine's defense capability: more than 7,000 Ukrainian military has been trained. 7.3 billion Czech military aid crowns were provided. Coordinates the supply of weapons from international partners. Yana Chernohova emphasized that the Kremlin has no right to dictate the conditions of peace. She stressed that Ukraine should receive all the necessary help for winning, not looking for a compromise with the aggressor.
Rustem Umerov thanked the Czech Republic for unwavering support, calling it "vital" for Ukraine's defense.
