Lawyer Andriy Mezhiritsky explained that the guys who are on military accounting of conscripts and have a prescribed certificate cannot be called for military service until 25 years. He explained this in the context of the current legislation of Ukraine on mobilization training and mobilization.
Ukraine is now under martial law and general mobilization in connection with a full -scale invasion of Russia. The law stipulates that men aged 18 to 60 years of age, who have received the summons, are subject to mobilization.
Mezhiritsky explained that there are different types of military accounting in Ukraine: accounting of conscripts, servicemen and reservists. He emphasized that persons on the account of conscripts with the prescribed certificate by law cannot be mobilized without their consent until they reach 25 years.
Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Mikhail Vinnytsky stressed that since July 1, the possibility of an call for military service for three categories of students, including correspondences and those who receive education at the level below already received, have been introduced.
There are plans to introduce basic all -military training for students in the winter, added Mikhail Vinnytsky.
