There are more than 20 "public formations" in Odessa, which actively support employees of territorial centers of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV). This was reported by the editor -in -chief of Intent Valery Bolgan. He noted that these organizations appeared at the beginning of the war and although the law allows them to provide police assistance only on request, their activities sometimes go beyond legal rules.
"These public formations were created in 2022 and, despite their legitimate opportunity to cooperate with the police at her request, their interaction with the Tax Code does not always comply with the law," said Valery Bolgan.
He also noted that the Odesa Regional Council appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to ensure that 50% of Odessa security agencies could have the status of reservation. According to Bolgan, there is some confusion of these NGOs with security agencies because of their similarity. He emphasized the need for clear regulation of the activities of such formations to avoid legal misunderstandings and ensure their compliance with law.
