Climate changes and their impact on people's mental health

In the framework of scientific research, a new direction called "Psychoecology" has emerged, which analyzes the relationship between the environment and the human psyche.

One of the aspects of this study is the effect of climate change on the psyche. Increasing stressful situations associated with extreme weather phenomena such as floods, fires and hurricanes is becoming more common due to global warming. It can cause anxiety, depression and post -traumatic stress in humans.

In addition, changes in ecosystems and biodiversity loss can affect the general state of the psyche, creating a sense of anxiety and reducing the feeling of security and stability. People may experience lack of harmony with nature and experience the emotional impact of loss of natural resources.

Global warming is also associated with an increase in the frequency and intensity of extreme temperatures, which can cause physical and emotional overload, especially in vulnerable groups.

Achieving balanced and sustainable development, reducing emissions and preserving natural resources becomes key not only for environmental sustainability, but also for preserving the mental health of society. Responsibility for nature is investing in the health and well -being of future generations.
