The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine develops proposals for normalizing the rules of crossing the border with media and cultural workers. These changes are intended to clearly determine the conditions of departure of this category of citizens, said the speaker of the State Border Guard Service (DPSU) Andriy Demchenko on the air of the telecast on February 28.
According to Demchenko, the Ministry of Culture is now working on proposals that will clearly prescribe rules for media and cultural figures within the framework of Government Resolution No. 57. He noted that the Ministry of Culture would explain about the causes and grounds for such changes.
Currently, mediamen and cultural workers who have a reservation at the time of mobilization can travel abroad in the presence of appropriate documents, such as business trip, military accounting document and booking. The State Border Service will carefully check these documents when you undergo control.
Demchenko also stressed that if the person has all the necessary documents, he will be allowed before departure. The border can also cross persons who fall under other conditions, such as large parents or persons excluded from military accounting.
