US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken expressed the idea of simultaneous support of Ukraine and Israel in the light of their close communication and challenges that they face related to the destructive role of Iran and Russia.
During the hearing in the Senate, the head of American diplomacy stressed that conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East have a clear connection that has consequences for world security. He substantiated this by the fact that due to international sanctions and restrictions, Russia is increasingly supporting Iran, which poses a threat to Israel's security. Anthony Blinken stressed that Russia's resolution will win the support of Iran will encourage both countries.
He also noted that opponents of the United States and Western countries recognize the success of their strategies and continue to interfere with their implementation. In this regard, Anthony Blinken supported President Biden's request for additional national security funding, which provides for the simultaneous support of Ukraine and Israel.

He stressed that this also contributes to the impact of the consequences of the Russian war on the world food and energy security, as well as strengthens the internal security of Americans.
