As part of the USAI (weapons production for Ukraine), the United States of America prepare a package of assistance for Ukraine with a total amount of $ 6 billion. About it reports Politico.
It is reported that the package will contain air defense systems/about Patriot, artillery ammunition, drones, counteraction to drones and air-air missiles, which will be installed on fighters.
USAI is a separate package of assistance. Weapons behind it will be given not immediately, but as it is manufactured. That is, an order for $ 6 billion will now be placed at military plants.
And after them, Ukraine will receive weapons for several years when these orders are fulfilled.
This help pack will enter:
-additional ammunition for Patriot anti-aircraft missile complexes;
-additional ammunition for NASAMS anti-aircraft missile complexes;
- equipment for integration of Western starting installations, missiles and radars with Ukrainian air defense systems;
- equipment and systems of combating UAV;
- ammunition for laser rocket systems;
- multifunctional radar stations;
- radars for counter -battery struggle;
- additional ammunition for HIMARS;
-artillery shells of calibers 155 mm and 152 mm;
- high -precision aviation ammunition;
- Switchblade and Puma unmanned aviation complexes;
- tactical trucks for towing and transportation of equipment and equipment;
- explosive ammunition for clearing obstacles;
- components to support Ukrainian production of UAV and other opportunities;
- small arms and additional ammunition;
- spare parts, maintenance equipment and other auxiliary equipment.
