The Commercial Court of Kyiv decided to confiscate the state's special permission for the use of the subsoil of the Korosten Career. This applies to part of the Unifran Group's assets. The corresponding decision in case No. 910/11526/24 was made on February 18, 2025.
The court found the transactions in void the alienation of the asset of the joint -stock company Korosten Quarry, the beneficial owner of which is Igor Naumets through the company Ie. Mining Company Limited. These assets were previously imposed on the Presidential Decree.
During the case, the court found that the agreements were directed to the withdrawal of assets from sanctions and violation of public order. In this regard, the court applied special restitution, collecting all the funds received by the parties to the State Budget of Ukraine.
Earlier in the media and social networks, the discredit campaign of Judge Boyko RV, who considered the case. She consisted of accusations of a judge of receiving a bribe from a sub -person, who, according to a judge, was groundless.
In this regard, the judge sent a notification of interference with the High Council of Justice and the Prosecutor General.
