Trump lost in court a trade duty case

The court's decision states that the US Constitution empowers exclusive powers to regulate trade with other countries that cannot be abolished by the presidential powers to protect the US economy.
"The President referred to the federal law on emergency economic situation in 1977 to introduce tariffs, including some of his duties for Canada, Mexico and China, as well as mutual duties for most of the rest of the world, which Trump announced and then postponed in April. He still resorted to him, ”the newspaper writes.
The decision was made in two lawsuits: one was initiated by an independent Liberty Justice Center on behalf of five small US enterprises that import goods from countries that duties apply and another by 13 US states. Companies, including both New York wine and alcoholic beverages, and manufacturer of training sets and musical instruments from Virginia, said duties would hurt their ability to do business.

The Trump administration has appealed. Thus, the deputy head of the White House Administration and one of Trump's leading political advisers Stephen Miller expressed the court.

"The court revolution came out of control," he wrote on social networks.
