Ukrainians pay attention to the Eosel program that is gaining popularity in the country, offering favorable conditions for the acquisition of real estate through low credit rates for certain categories of the population. According to experts in the real estate, the launch of the program has aroused interest in the purchase of apartments, especially in the capital.
The program that sells accessible mortgage lending to housing is of increased interest among the population, especially in the conditions of a difficult economic situation in the country. It should be noted that this has led to an increase in real estate prices as demand has increased.
The program can be used by military personnel, medical and pedagogical staff, as well as scientists. Conditions for participation in the program provide citizenship of Ukraine, age from 18 to 70 years, solvency, lack of own housing or availability of restrictions on its area.
It is stated that the program offers a preferential rate of 3% for the entire loan period, the maximum period is 20 years, and a minimum initial contribution of 20%. Program participants include Savings Bank, PrivatBank, Globus Bank, Ukrgasbank and Sky Bank.
