After the first part of the journalistic investigation: “ Yevgeny Kukos: The employee of the Criminal Investigation Department of Kyiv bought real estate for millions ” Kukos became a person involved in criminal proceedings. So in the second part, we will show on specific cases how Yevgeny became a millionaire.
Let's start with a rather resonant Kiev case: the robbery of Metropolitan Alexander Drabinko for the amount of UAH 13-17 million

In the evening on 12.03.2016, a group of people penetrated the house of Metropolitan Alexander Drabinko, which is located in the LCD "Khutir Clear", p. Khodosivka, Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district of Kyiv region and stolen two safes. The safes contained golden church products decorated with precious stones, which were in Drabinko OM. on storage at the place of residence. At that time, the value of the stolen was estimated by specialists UAH 13-17 million.
At the time of the theft, Kukos Yevgeny Vladimirovich worked in the management of the criminal investigation of the SUNP of the Kiev region together with his partner Temir Vitaliy Ivanovich (now the deputy head of the department for the disclosure of robbery in the management of the criminal investigation of the SUNP in Kyiv), which was the last.
At the end of 2016, Yevgeny Kukos, together with Vitaly Temir, transferred to the Department of Criminal Investigation of the National Police of Ukraine, but continued to work on the disclosure of this theft. After conducting a number of operational events, Yevgeny Kukos, together with Vitaliy Temir, identified persons who committed this theft and tried to sell the stolen in the black market (as it turned out in the future, Vitaly Temira's long -known familiar familiar).
In April 2017, a group of people who cooperated with criminals were detained at the sale of stolen property: they helped sell the stolen. But strangely, only one detainee was held accountable for the sale of stolen, and all others became simply "witnesses". Also, no action was taken to detaine and hold real thieves, although their location was known at the time of sale.
Yevgeny Kukos and Vitaliy Temir enabled the criminals to "solve" the issue of criminal prosecution. After that, formal work began to be carried out in the case, the evidence of the involvement of criminals in the theft began to be destroyed, despite the resonance of the case and the status of the victim.
Despite the considerable public resonance of the case of the robbery of the Metropolitan in the Kiev region, the high status of Alexander Drabinko and his merits to the state, the robbers simply "disappeared", and Yevgeny Kukos and Vitaliy Temir acquired themselves in a new apartment.
Particularly cynical is the fact that Yevgeny Kukos and Vitaliy Temir worked closely with the victim about establishing the location of the stolen property when information about attempts to sell it appeared. The victim helped Yevgeny Kukos in every possible way (gave unofficial funds for operational costs that the latter appropriated) in the hope that the criminals would be punished and returned the stolen church property. And when Drabinko realized that the case was "sold", he repeatedly complained about the actions of Yevgeny Kukos and Vitaliy Temira, but no consequences for the latter came. We hope that after the disclosure of this information, the DBR will pay attention to the illegal E. Kukos and V. Temir.
For $ 100,000 Yevgeny Kukos and Vitaliy Temir "released" the leader of the gang Andrei Nikitin

During 2016 - 2018 on the territory of Mykolaiv, Odessa, Kherson, Cherkasy, Kirovograd, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytsky regions, a criminal group that included five people boldly carried out armed robberies. The amount of losses caused by robbery is over $ 5 million.
So, in May 2018, the group members attacked a jewelry shop in Kherson. The special operation was deployed for their detention. Law enforcement officers restricted traffic to block the suspect. However, civilian cars began to go around the area and found themselves in the fire area. In order to prevent the victims, the CORD did not open fire on the group members so that there were no casualties among civilians and not mistaken. The number of weapons withdrawn only confirmed this. Then the robbers in the car had 5 machines, grenade launchers and grenades. The robbers were able to disappear and avoid detention.
Then the employees of the Criminal Investigation Department, along with other police officers, with the support of special forces, ambushed at the habitats of robbers. The leader of the group returned home after a bold attack on the jewelry store and was detained. The detention was managed by Yevgeny Kukos and Vitaliy Temir.
However, the gang leader Andrey Nikitin offered Kukos and Temir of $ 100,000, which he was home for him, for letting him escape. Coucos E. did not resist such an opportunity to make money with Temir V. gave the leader to escape for which the above received. Probably something went to the special forces for silence, but knowing the greed of Kukos E. and Temiir V. to money, they do not like to share.
As Kukos and Temir explained the disappearance of the bandit to the leadership, they hardly told the truth. Moreover, the case was then headed by the head of the criminal police of the NPU Abroskin Vyacheslav Vasilyevich. As we can see, for money, Eugene Kukos is ready to lie to the leaders of any level.
Subsequently, it took 14 months for decent employees of the Criminal Investigation Department to hold the leader of the gang Andrei Nikitin. All this time, in his search, taxpayers were spent on his search, which could have been spent on the disclosure of other equally resonant crimes, if Kukos E. and Temir V. were loyal to oaths and were not so greedy.
In this journalistic investigation, we have covered only two episodes of Eugene Kukos's earnings as operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department of the SUNP in Kyiv, we hope the DBR and the NPUs will pay attention to them. In the next part of our journalistic investigation, we plan to cover new facts of corruption actions by Eugene Kukos.
PS: During the preparation of this journalistic investigation, it became known to us that Yevgeny Kukos came to BTI, Obukhov, and threatened the staff, tried to find out who gave information to journalists of our publication regarding his undeclared property.
As a result of threats of massacre on the part of E. Kukos, employees of BTI were forced to call the police. After that E. Kukos left the room.
E. Kukos came to BTI on a business car, during working hours.
