Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine, Igor Kuzin, reported at a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine that 343 people, including two children, have died from the Covid-19 since the beginning of October.

"Since October this year, 343 fatal cases have been recorded in Ukraine, including two children under the age of 17," Kuzin said.
There is also a high number of non -vaccinated citizens, which can lead to a severe disease. Kuzin urged citizens to vaccinate and comply with safety measures.
In total, more than 80,000 COVID-19 cases have been registered in Ukraine since the beginning of October, and medium-week hospitalization is about four thousand patients.
Kuzin also noted that there is a combined calculation of cases of Covid-19, influenza and SARS, and comparing with last year's season, the figure is higher by almost 41%. The situation continues to monitor and follow all the recommendations of medical professionals.
