Ukraine continues to strengthen the system of control and monitoring of conscripts through modern technologies and cooperation between state bodies. The State Tax Service of Ukraine has started exchanging data with the electronic register "Oberig", giving the military enlistment offices access to information about the place of work of military service. It is an important agreement that will allow you to more effectively conscription to the army and ensure national security.
Improving the control system
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Defense No. 494/446, military commissariats (military enlistments) can now send requests to the State Tax Service (DPS) for obtaining information on conscripts. The DPS, in turn, must provide the necessary information within three days. This information includes information about:
- Code according to the EDRPOU or the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card from the state register, or a series and a passport number (for persons who refused the registration number of the taxpayer's account card due to religious beliefs).
- Last name, first name, patronymic of an individual.
- Date of hiring and date of dismissal (if any).
Since October 18, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine will receive access to large information on conscripts. The electronic register of servicemen will provide access to the place of residence, work, health, departure abroad, personal telephone numbers, e -mail addresses and many other information of the military. This includes 33 points of information, which will allow public authorities to manage the conscription and military mobilization more effectively.
