Aeline Abusionsman Mileshka suspect 400 million UAH of taxes in non -payment

In the activities of companies controlled by the Ukrainian aircraft businessman Roman Mileshko, signs of possible tax evasion were revealed. About it reports RBC-Ukraine with reference to a journalistic investigation.

These are two companies: NZOPEYSHINS LLC and PJSC Constant Airlines, which demonstrate high financial results, but the cost of wages remains extremely low. In particular, in 2024 Konstanta spent UAH 32.9 million on salaries, and NZOPEYSHINS - UAH 33.5 million. At the same time, the income of the second company increased by 4138%in the year.

According to journalists, the average salary of employees in these companies ranges from 14 to 22 thousand hryvnias a month, which is a disproportionate low rate for the aviation industry. For comparison, SkyUp companies and Ukrainian helicopters are the average salary of similar specialists is 98-172 thousand hryvnias a month, and annual labor costs exceed UAH 1 billion.

This, according to investigators, may indicate the use of shadow payments - in particular, the issue of salaries "in envelopes", which allows to avoid paying taxes and contributions to the state budget.

The assessment of potential losses of the state over the last three years of a full -scale war is up to UAH 400 million - taking into account the non -payment of personal income tax, a single social contribution and military levy.

The publication also reminds that in June 2024 the Bureau of Economic Security (Bab) began a pre -trial investigation into LLC "NZOPEYSHINS" in connection with possible violations of tax legislation. However, further promotion in the case almost stopped.

In addition to financial abuse, Mileshko's companies have repeatedly been in investigations into disruption of defense contracts, reducing the volume of work and installing potentially hazardous equipment for military equipment. Some of the businessman -related structures cooperated with contractors who had ties with Russia.
