The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans a large -scale reform of territorial centers of staffing and social support (TCC). The main change is the distribution of CCC functions into three separate directions, which will increase the efficiency of work and optimize the processes related to the acquisition and preparation of the military.
The First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Havrylyuk in an interview with Ukrinform told about it.
According to Havrylyuk, three components are planned to be distinguished as part of the reform:
- Social issues - this area will be separated to ensure more efficient work with veterans, families of servicemen and other socially vulnerable categories.
- Accounting and manning - the Tax Code will continue to account for reservists and conscripts, their call for retraining and referral to the relevant fees.
- Preparation of the population for the service - will separately allocate the direction of preparation of citizens for military service in the Armed Forces and units of security and defense forces.
