According to the information received from the Italian edition of Corriere Della Sera, NATO is preparing to sign a declaration at the July Summit in Washington, which is declared refusal to refer troops to Ukraine. This step is important in terms of international relations and geopolitical dynamics as it reflects the strategic decisions of military architecture in Europe.
According to the Italian Corriere Della Sera, the Declaration with this paragraph will be signed at the July NATO Summit in Washington: "No boots on Earth."
The summit will also decide that the coordination of Western aid to Ukraine will be transferred from the United States to NATO headquarters.
"This step has a practical reason: 99% of the materials that are delivered to Kiev come from 32 Atlantic alliance partners. But there is a political explanation: the Western Bloc actions will be more unanimous both in the eyes of national public opinion and in the eyes of Vladimir Putin," the newspaper writes.
She notes that in general, "the strategy dictated by the United States is not changing", but the "change of tempo" is being prepared.
"In another, NATO continues to strengthen the eastern flank. In a few weeks, the Alliance will be able to count on 300,000 soldiers ready to throw along the spine from the Baltic to Bulgaria," Corriere Della Sera writes.
Recall that Ukraine expects to receive an invitation to NATO at this summit. Although Secretary General Stoltenberg said directly that this would not happen.
