Putin arrived in Astana in order to intensify diplomatic dialogue and discuss important international issues with heads of other countries. The Kremlin's press service noted that Astana also has a number of important bilateral conversations with the heads of the Summit State.

Summit of the SHOS will be held in Astana on July 4. The event will be attended by the heads of state and representative offices of Kazakhstan, India, Iran, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Catala, UAE, Turkey and Turkmenistan, as well Guterres.
