Ukraine is keenly lacking in for resistance to the enemy, but the House of Representatives of the US is delayed in making the relevant decision on international financing. According to the information received, the US is considering providing assistance to Ukraine in the form of bonds. They offer G7 Member States to release $ 50 billion bonds, providing them at the expense of frozen Russian assets. The money from the sale of bonds is planned to be sent for assistance to Ukraine.
It is noted that more than 60% of Russian assets are in the European Union, with annual income from them about $ 3.6 billion. According to preliminary estimates, bond issues can be almost $ 60 billion.
The bond issue proposal is in the early stages of discussions and has no specific decisions. Some G7 members, including Germany and France, pose some concern about this initiative, while other EU countries, such as Estonia, are in favor of a decisive approach to this issue.
