Turkey is preparing radical changes in the "All Inclusive" system

Turkey has announced radical changes in the "All Inclusive" system, which has become very popular among tourists, but in recent years its cost has risen sharply due to the significant consumption of hotels. One of the first announced models is "pay as you use", which involves dividing "all inclusive" into several categories, allowing tourists to choose which services to pay for when purchasing a tour. In particular, alcohol can become one of the "optional" categories.

However, tourists have already been informed that a complete rejection of the "All Inclusive" system is excluded. Currently, work is underway on "regulation that will ensure a balance of increased costs for businesses and consumers."

Kaan Cavaloglu, president of the Association of Tourist Hoteliers and Operators of the Mediterranean (AKTOB), explained that due to fierce competition, hotels have "overfilled" the all-inclusive system. According to him, the new "pay-as-you-go" model will help create a "price advantage."

"Those who want to use this model change their systems. In the new era, tourists will be able to use all-inclusive services without alcohol," Cavaloglu explained.

The CEO of Nirvana Hotels, Korkhan Alshan, supported this idea, pointing out that with rising costs and changing expectations of tourists, it is necessary to rethink the "all inclusive" system. "We have to expand the content of this system. For example, think about those who do not drink alcohol while on vacation, but have to pay for it. We plan to offer the consumer a model in which he can choose the products he wants to use," the hotel said.
