In the village of Gostomel, not far from one of the children's playgrounds, sappers of the Mobile Rapid Response Rescue Center seized an F-1 hand grenade. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).
As it became known, the parents noticed in time that their children decided to pick up a grenade. They immediately took the children to a safe distance and called the sappers, thereby preventing a possible tragedy.
The State Emergency Service reminds citizens: if you find a suspicious object, do not approach it or touch it. Call 101 immediately for specialist help.
