In the Kharkiv region, the Russians launched a missile attack that destroyed the railway tracks on the branch leading from Kharkiv to Donbas. This information was confirmed by the head of the Kharkiv regional branch of Ukrzaliznytsia, Oleg Synegubov, during the broadcast of the telethon.
"Actually, from this impact, a train with people was standing 15 meters away... The building there was partially destroyed. Both the station and technical facilities. The tracks were destroyed," Synegubov said.
Ukrzaliznytsia also canceled all trains going from Izyum to Kharkiv, and limited those going from Kharkiv to the last station before Balakleya.
