Thus, according to the data of the state registers, a plot of 15 acres in the museum lane 8A (cadastral №8000000000: 82: 012: 0023) "on which the historical building belongs to the" Kyivtorrogramsproject " .
In the autumn of 2023, the owner of Lviv became a smuggler, Hryhoriy Kozlovsky, also known for raider hobbies and historical structures in the center of Lviv, with their further destruction and reconstruction for entertainment establishments.
A few months after the event of Grigory Kozlovsky in the Kyivtorrogenproject, the historic building on the museum lane was enclosed with a green fence on which the announcement of the start of engineering works for new construction appeared.
It is worth noting that the actual demolition of the historic building and the construction of the site by Grigory Kozlovsky is possible solely with the assistance of Prime Minister Denis Shmigal, which is subject to the Ministry of Cult.
